Yes, the fabric a...Christine, thanks for stopping. Yes, the fabric and starch would be perfect for a window. When you want to change it just grab a corner and peel it off. You could mist the fabric with water and it will come off even easier. Then just wash your window off, it is just starch and it would be perfect!
