More From the Kids

Hi Everyone!

Today its more from the kids. I am so happy to be raising the newest generation of people willing to put themselves out there through their art.
Fumiko and her dad made brownies the other day and she wanted me to share what they did. The recipe calls for:
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • mini chocolate bars - snickers, milky ways, etc
  • you will need a mini muffin pan for this one
Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the box. While pouring your brownies into the muffin tin,  be sure to plunk a mini candy bar in the middle of each one. Bake according to the package directions.

Those brownies gave my girl enough of a sugar buzz to stay up late and make a darling necklace for herself.

Are your kids artists and crafters too? If you have ever posted something featuring their art, leave a me a comment with a link to your post. I would love to see what the other kiddos are doing!

What a pretty necklace! It's great when kids are encouraged to be creative. And those brownies look delicious!

yum on the brownies. What a great way to use up halloween candy (not that we have any left). My oldest started a blog and posted pictures that his brother colored. The have both been bitten by the drawing bug. It's at www.creativebostonboy.blogspot.com
