I recently found the sweetest quilted skirt at the Salvation Army. It was way too cotton candy sweet to wear but I knew that it would be fun to decorate something with it.

I also had the leftovers of a denim dress that I thought would make an adorable tote. That I don't have a photo of.....
I used a pink sheet to line the bag and create pockets on the inside.

Do you see the piping at the top? This was my first time using piping. Its so easy, I don't know why I was intimidated by it before! |
